Great response from staff during check-in process.

Overall, my experience here was disappointing. The lack of attention to cleanliness was shocking, as the bathroom was filthy upon arrival, compelling us to clean it ourselves. To make matters worse, the absence of daily cleaning service and the unhelpful front desk made our stay feel neglected. We felt like we were an inconvenience rather than guests being taken care of.

It was a fine choice for resting at all in Orangeburg with excellent value for money. The front desk agent quickly called the shuttle driver to help us avoid drinking and driving, which was much appreciated. Be aware there can be some noise from the train tracks behind the hotel.

Had an awesome group vacation! We loved the spacious One-Bedroom Queen Suite. It was perfect for hanging out after our trips to Blue Hill Golf Course and Tallman Mountain State Park. The layout made everything easy, and the complimentary shuttle was a nice touch! Just a heads up, there can be some noise from trains at night.

One downside was the check-in experience. we had to wait longer than expected for our room. It would have been nice to have a bit more communication on check-in status.

the pool was closed when we wanted to use it 😕. the room had a full kitchen which was super convenient. plenty of parking available 🚗. also appreciated the strong wi-fi signal for streaming.

The location is super convenient, with a grocery store right next door. Our spacious suite was comfy and perfect for our family getaway.

The hotel had lovely, warm interiors and spacious common areas, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate. I especially appreciated the accessible seating options in the lobby, perfect for relaxing with friends and family.

the residence inn had a great location, super close to downtown nyack! our one-bedroom king suite was modern and comfy, exactly what we needed for our family vacation. the staff were friendly and even helped out when we faced an issue with our room. loved that we could walk next door to shop and stop!

the one-bedroom queen suite with sofa bed was spacious, featuring air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator, and a comfortable sofa. the bathroom included free toiletries and had a nice shower. loved the fitness center and indoor swimming pool for relaxation after a long day. breakfast had a good mix of options, including pastries and scrambled eggs.

The room was extremely spacious, allowing all five of us to feel comfortable without bumping elbows. The bathroom vanity light and ample mirrors made getting ready a breeze for our group. The staff were very accommodating, promptly providing extra towels and supplies when requested, which we genuinely appreciated. The breakfast offerings were diverse and satisfying to start our day, making our mornings enjoyable.

Checking in was a bit of a hassle, as our room wasn't ready even after the promised time. Over the course of our stay, housekeeping was inconsistent—basics like towels and toiletries were either slow to arrive or simply overlooked, which made things a little inconvenient. Additionally, the noise level was a concern, especially with the proximity to train tracks. it's not something that bothered everyone but definitely caught my attention during quieter moments.

However, I faced some frustrating issues with room assignments, and it was hard to find a spot for breakfast with so many guests. Additionally, the noise from the train tracks could be bothersome at times.

We stayed in a One-Bedroom Queen Suite with Sofa Bed, and it felt like home! The full kitchen allowed us to whip up our favorite meals, and having enough space meant we could all hang out comfortably. 🌟 Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a delicious start to each day!
